We know that achieving our vision of ending the need for emergency food aid will require confident, effective anti-poverty leadership.
The Unleashed Leadership Academy focuses on equipping leaders to increase their skills, knowledge and confidence to work collaboratively, influence change and help build communities where no one needs emergency food aid to survive.
About the Academy
All training sessions and events are open to a diverse audience of leaders, from both Trussell and independent food banks, and leaders with lived experience of hunger and hardship. The Academy comprises:
Learning Spotlights
A rolling programme of online leadership training sessions, launching in June 2026.
Thought Leadership events
Quarterly online events, addressing some of the big questions facing anti-poverty leaders, launching in October 2026.
