A Taste for Change

Find out how to build a food bank-free future in a new book, written by our Social Change Advisor, Heather Buckingham.

Drawing on personal stories and statistics from across and beyond the Trussell community of food banks, A Taste for Change tackles themes including rising living costs, employment, community, and the relationship between poverty and mental health.

Get an insight into the challenges that people who find themselves turning to a food bank for help are often facing, while also exploring what kinds of change are needed if we are to become a society that treats everyone as if they really matter.
