Enough income; a warm, secure home; and access to support before crisis point – these are the pathways to ensure no one is forced to rely on food banks or charitable food provision to survive.

Poverty cannot be solved in isolation; therefore, it draws on evidence and lived experience to propose a coordinated, prevention-focused approach across government, councils and community partners to tackle the root causes of hunger in Northern Ireland.
