This form requires you to confirm you have the consent of people in the uploaded images to use and share those images. A food bank cannot consent on behalf of the people in the images.

Please confirm that you have consent to share any photos with us

To share the file(s) with Trussell, please confirm that your foodbank:

informed the people in the images how you store and use their data (e.g. a privacy notice);
obtained consent for your food bank to use the images and for Trussell to use the images, using the wording from the consent card;
will manage the images appropriately (e.g. store them safely and keep them only as long as necessary); and
will inform Trussell if consent is withdrawn and will also stop using and delete the images

Photos shared with Trussell could be used for campaigning purposes, including publication online and through other media, including media not controlled by us; photos may also be shared with other organisations. The images may therefore be seen locally, nationally, or globally.
